Birmingham has fantastic pubs and cafes and we’ve designed the route to pass some of them. These are 5 options for taking a pitstop while playing Treasure Hunt Birmingham!

The Malt House on the canal

1. The Malt House

20 - 40 minutes into the game

The Malt House is situated on the picturesque canal and serves real ales and traditional pub Food. President Clinton famously had a glass of beer during the G8 Summit held in Birmingham! It makes for a good spot for an early pit stop on Treasure Hunt Birmingham.

45 - 60 minutes into the game

A wonderful independent bar and kitchen in an old jewellery workshop in the Jewellery Quarter.

3. Saint Kitchen

4. The Rectory

The Rectory’s courtyard and heaters

60 - 90 minutes into the game

Situtated on St Paul’s Square, The Rectory overlooks the gorgeous St Paul’s Church. It’s got great beer and a nice feel. When Paul playtested the game, both times he got “stuck” with friends in the Rectory…

5. The Actress and Bishop

The Actress and Bishop is a good laugh. A bit more rowdy than The Rectory with more of a party vibe with indie music.

“Good fun, we really enjoyed ourselves. Solving the clues was interesting and I think there's a good mix to suit all ages. A different and fun way to see the city, it included some nice stops.”
